Crossword E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed at Crossword Bookstores Private Limited standalone stores (i.e. Crossword E-Gift Card will not be valid in franchise operated stores or stores combined with other operations).

Crossword E-Gift Card can be used only offline at selected Crossword Bookstores Private Limited stores and online at www.crossword.in.

Crossword E-Gift Cards are non-reloadable and once lost cannot be replaced, nor will the money be returned.

Crossword E-Gift Card is the property of Crossword Bookstores Private Limited.

To check balance, customer can visit the store and ask the store staff for the same or visit check my gift card balance.

Once the Crossword E-Gift Card is issued, Crossword Bookstores Private Limited will not entertain any request for cancellation.

If a Crossword E-Gift Card is lost or stolen, neither will a new Crossword E-Gift Card be issued, nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.

Crossword E-Gift Card can be used during sale periods & can be combined with existing offers in store.
